Illegal drug trade busted in Bhagalpur, thousands of codeine syrup bottles & tablets seized
Police raided a hideout in Karamat Ali Lane under Tatarpur PS and arrested a man with criminal history. Recovered 8,040 bottles of codeine-laced cough syrup and 21,000 benzodiazepine tablets stored illegally for sale. Case registered under NDPS Act & Drugs and Cosmetics Act.
