Two youths arrested from Sunderpur, Pirpainty while planning to kill a schoolteacher for Rs 50,000 contract. Police seized loaded pistol, live cartridges, and phones. Special task force formed after tip-off. Case registered under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
